These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Bok Bok Kitchen LLC (“Bok Bok,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
About us
Bok Bok Kitchen LLC is a small, family-run Thai foodstuffs kitchen based in Chicago, Illinois, making A-Ma’s Everything Sauce and related products. You can reach us at bokbokchicago@gmail.com.
Products, pricing & availability
We work hard to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing, description, or availability error, and to cancel or refuse any order arising from such an error, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that order.
Product images, colors, and packaging are shown as accurately as possible but may vary slightly from the product you receive.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, an error on the site, or a shipping restriction, before it ships. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider at the time of order.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. Orders ship from Chicago within 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Shipping is a flat $7.50, free on orders over $45. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.

Food product & health disclaimer
Our products are food items intended for consumption. Please read the ingredient label on the jar before consuming, especially if you have food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. Our kitchen also handles common allergens. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, consult a physician before use.
Store, handle, and consume our products as directed on the packaging. We are not responsible for spoilage, illness, or injury resulting from improper storage, handling, or use of the product after delivery, or from a known allergy or sensitivity that was not disclosed on the label.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Bok Bok name and logo, text, graphics, photos, and design — is owned by Bok Bok Kitchen LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to: violate any law; interfere with or disrupt the site’s security or functionality; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape or harvest data from the site without permission; or submit false, fraudulent, or abusive information (including fraudulent orders or payment details).

This site may link to third-party retailers, payment processors, or other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bok Bok Kitchen LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
